Cornish hens for thanksgiving HELP?

i'm trying to find a good recipe for cornish hens, as my husband and i are going that route this year instead of turkey or ham...the only problem is i have no idea how to prepare them! i was thinking of brining them (what i usually do for turkey), and just roasting them like i would a turkey but i don't know if this is a method that works with game hens...any help is appreciated
