ask him out. :) (or tell him you want him to take you on a date) if you want it then go after it. you're not marrying the guy so at this point his age doesn't really matter unless you two are incompatible. however! lol you seem unimpressed with the way he's treating whatever relationship you have so far... so that's a sign for you to not take things too seriously. If he doesn't want to invest any time or effort into spending real time with you then he's not worth your effort.
