Those who speak like 'gangsters' and arent very articulate should never attempt to make a speech?

I disagree. Ethnic background, locale, education, attitude, there are many things that affect and determine ones way of speech. Should I not attempt making a speech because I'm from west Texas and you can tell it as soon as I open my mouth? Snoop Dog has the gangsta rap but he is very articulate with it. I don't think the way one speaks is near as important as knowing what you are speaking about and being comfortable and informative while doing so...
