Rate my main Pokemon Platinum team?

I see something wrong with # of the starters' move sets: recharge moves. Blast Burn is not reliable, since Heatran can eat it and take you out with Earthpower, any day. Empoleon gets walled by blissey. Torterra doesn't need Frenzy plant. leech seed or toxic is better. I kind of like your Staraptor; however, remove aerial ace and change it to Return. Since you have Platinum, and obtained rotom, I'm uming you beat the game, and have access to rotom's other forms. So, remove Discharge, and put thunderbolt as an option besides thunder. Everything else is good. Now for Weavile: No metal claw. anything but metal claw.
