Is life short or not?

How can I view life as being long. I keep thinking of how life is short and always hear people saying it, that it makes me depressed. Is life in reality short, or is it long? Sometimes i think that its actually long but when people reach the ends of their lifes or certain points in their lives, it just seems like its gone by fast because they have made it to the end of their life. Are there any tricks to towing a trailer?

I have a 1995 GMC Yukon GT with a 350 TBI engine. I am towing a trailer full of shingle debris to the dump for my father-in-law. Should I do anything to prepare the truck like inflate the tires to max pressure? Also, should I drive in 4-wheel drive with a loaded trailer or does it really matter? Yes, using a bowl will affect cooking times. To make shapes like that, generally cakes are made in layers, filling between layers, and then sculpted to shape, then iced or fondant is used. I wouldn't recommend using bowls. OR, just shell out the money and get the mold you already know exists. If it's important, it will be worth it. Trying to figure out cooking times, type of bowl (would have to be oven proof), etc. would be almost impossible. FYI: No all Pyrex products are oven proof. You'd have to be sure... it should be on the bottom... even of clear gl. If it isn't there, it's not made for use in the oven.

Best adhesive for a pumpkin craft?

I'm going to do a craft at school where the kids decorate a pumpkin. They can't carve because of knives in school so I'm going to cut out nose and mouth and ears and googly eyes, etc from paperboard and they can decorate them a la Mr Potato Head. Thing is, I don't know which adhesive or glue would be best. It has to be durable and fast drying but it also has to stick securely to a pumpkin. Will Glue Dots work? Regular glue sticks? what else??

McCain receive about 73% of the vote in PA and all the precincts are reporting...so why hasn't he been awarded any delegates yet/

The human race has been on this planet for only a tiny fraction of time in the history of the world. Only a handful of history changing events have occurred in the 4 billion years the Earth has been here. For us to anticipate or predict a major world changing catastrophe would occur in our lifetimes is beyond improbable. It would be like winning a lottery where you have to match a billion numbers. The only thing that might happen would be the human race wiping itself out via nukes, disease or famine. We aren't going to wake up tomorrow to find the world is getting rid of us with natural disasters. Nothing happens fast, eventually the human race will go extinct, but none of us will ever see it.

Can I use a program I made in Visual C# at work?

I created a little program using Microsoft's free Visual C# and .Net Framework 4.0 at home to automate a mundane process at work. Would my work have to pay Microsoft to use it? But you want to make that last for 40 days, so you must get to a total man "count" to accommodate that, so you multiply the original population by 30/40, to get to a new count of 1080 men, which means that 360 men would have to leave.

Just to clarify: you're trying to deal with depression and you worry about betraying trust? The fact that you know how bad it's gotten and are still willing to try to work through this is amazing. And if you feel as it you're betraying their trust, just remember that you'd be betraying their trust a lot more if you actually did kill yourself.
