HELP! Do you think she is interested in me?

I met this girl a month ago that I was in a sorority/fraternity event with. I became interested after a few weeks. Long story short, she told her friend that I was boyfriend material but she was in a complicated on and off gig with another guy at the time. She went on to say that if it wasn't for that situation, she would go for me. Well now, that situation is over (as of this past Friday night). Me and her hung out that night and just spent some time together. She texted me the next morning asking if i knew about a concert with one of my favorite artists coming to town next month. I had a friend tell me he talked to her and said that I was in "good standing" with her. The problem is I feel like I have to do all the initiating contact. At least most of the time. Does she sound interested at all? How could I get her to initiate more contact?
