How can I boost my girlfriend's confidence?

compliment her more, be in a positive environment with her all the time, don't bring up past issues, tell her everything is going to be okay, encourage her to go to church more if she's religious, encourage her to get involved in serving others in a way that she is talented or gifted, play games with her and always let her win, or go to therapy with her
