I haven't been to a dentist in 10 years (I am 16) NOW WHAT?

I am 16 and I haven't been to a dentist since I was 6! My mom never took me because we don't have insurance. After 5 years of pestering my mom to get us insurance she finally has and I am going to the dentist next week. I have MAJOR calculus build-up on my teeth, ESPECIALLY on my back bottom teeth! It's really bad and ugly to look at. All my teeth are practically yellow. I think I have 3 cavities as well. I also have teeth growing in on the back... do these need to be removed? I have really bad teeth! Will the dentist be able to remove all the calculus on my teeth? Will he also fill in my cavities? And most importantly, will my teeth be WHITE? My teeth have completely ruined my confidence and self-esteem... I don't talk to people because of it and I NEVER smile. My teeth have caused a great deal of depression and anxiety. I truly believe that if I had white teeth I would be a much happier person.
