Pogo.com Please Help?

I am trying to buy clothes and what not for my mini and it won't let me. Nor can i even access my subsribtion info..... Every time I try it says invalid user or invalid pword. HELP PLEASE!! I could not find an answer on the help page. Also what is the differance between pogo.com and club pogo? Do I have to buy both. Thank you
