Heat in my 2000 Jeep Wrangler comes and goes?

I have a 2000 Jeep Wrangler Sport 6 cyl. I've noticed over the last week that the heat seems to take a long time to warm up and then seems to spontaneously cool while I'm driving. In fact I think it goes cool while I'm going around corners. It never gets particularly warm.
