Is it easy to edit a wordpress website? how do I make it even more custom?

I'm a fan of the Atahualpa theme. It's totally customisable from within the theme options. I use it for all of my sites. You can make your site look like a blog or a static site. Use no sidebars - or up to 4 sidebars. Move things around.
