I have a question about NYU...?

Is NYU a good school for pre-law? I'm a junior and I want to be a prosecutor when I get older. I originally wanted to Cornell, but I realized that they do not have a pre-law major. I live in New York and would like to go to college in-state. If there are any other colleges that are good for pre-law, please tell me. Thanks in advance.
